What the service does
TriviaFoundry generates pub quiz and trivia night packs with AI, turns them into sheets you can print or save as a PDF, and runs a live portal where teams submit their answers from their own phones.
- Free accounts can generate 2 packs every 30 days.
- Pro costs $10 per month or $90 per year and removes the free plan's pack allowance. Pro is subject to fair use: pack generation has a daily fair-use limit per account, a fair-use limit per account over rolling 30 days, and a service-wide daily safety limit. If you reach one, the wizard tells you when it resets.
Your account
Running a quiz needs an account. You sign in with Google or with a code we email you — there is no password, so there is none for you to lose and none for us to store. The free allowance and any Pro subscription belong to the account, not to the browser you are using, so signing in on a new device brings both with you.
Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in code and get into your account. Tell us at info@yanshufstudio.com if you think someone else has.
Teams do not need an account. People playing a quiz you are running join with the code you give them and are never asked to sign up.
You must give an email address you actually control, and one account is for one person. We may suspend or close an account used to get around the free allowance, or used in the ways set out under Acceptable use. We may also refuse a new subscription from, or suspend, an account that repeatedly subscribes, uses Pro and asks for a refund.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18 to buy Pro. Teams answering questions in a quiz never sign in and are not covered by this.
Your prompts and your packs
The briefs you write and the packs generated from them are yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not sell them. You are free to print them, edit them, export them and use them at your events, commercially or otherwise.
Accuracy of generated questions
Questions and answers are produced by an AI model and are provided as they come. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, current or suitable for your night, and a generated answer can simply be wrong. Read a pack before you run it — checking the questions is part of hosting, not an optional extra.
Our liability
TriviaFoundry is provided as it is and as available, without any warranty, except for any warranty that the law does not allow us to exclude. Within what the law allows, Yanshuf Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Within what the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and they do not affect any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate or publish abusive or unlawful content, and do not use it to attack the service itself or the people using it. We may suspend access that is being used this way.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and your purchase is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Cancellation and refunds, including when a first payment is refundable and your statutory rights, are covered on our refund policy page.
Prices are set in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank or card company sets the exchange rate and may charge its own fees. Both are beyond our control.
Privacy
What we store and who processes it is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the service. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, which these terms cannot override, and nothing in this section stops you from bringing a claim in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right. Your purchase of Pro from Paddle is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, including the law and courts they name.
Changes to these terms
If we make a substantial change to these terms, we will tell you by email or on the site at least 7 days before it takes effect. Other changes take effect when we publish them, and the date at the top of this page changes with them. Questions go to info@yanshufstudio.com.
